2 elosodevastador 7-2-0 Tyranitar, Excadrill, Gholdengo, Sinistcha, Milotic, Staraptor

4 ZephyrHK [IN] 5-3-0 Eternal Flower Floette, Incineroar, Garchomp, Charizard, Venusaur, Sinistcha

138mysx’s winning team used a direct offensive shell backed by multiple forms of speed and positioning control. Charizard with Charizardite Y, Heat Wave, Weather Ball, Solar Beam, and Protect gave the team a strong special attacking centerpiece. Aerodactyl supplied Tailwind and Rock Slide while also carrying Wide Guard, giving the team a way to contest spread pressure. Incineroar added the familiar Intimidate, Fake Out, Throat Chop, and Parting Shot package with Sitrus Berry, helping the attackers find safer turns.

The rest of the team kept pressure high. Kingambit held Black Glasses with Defiant and ran Kowtow Cleave, Sucker Punch, Iron Head, and Protect, giving 138mysx both immediate Dark-type damage and priority. Garchomp used Life Orb with Rock Tomb, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, and Protect, pairing spread Ground damage with speed control from Rock Tomb. Sylveon rounded out the team with Fairy Feather, Pixilate, Hyper Beam, Hyper Voice, Quick Attack, and Detect, giving the composition another strong spread damage option and a useful priority move.

Across the top teams, several patterns stood out. Kingambit appeared on the winning team and also on Sooner’s, Cansecochann1994’s, Aiueokakikukeko’s, and Forblaze’s teams, most often built around Defiant, Kowtow Cleave, Sucker Punch, and Iron Head. Garchomp was also heavily represented, appearing on teams from 138mysx, ZephyrHK, Aiueokakikukeko, Forblaze, and DjPr1me, with Life Orb showing up on multiple versions.

Charizard with Charizardite Y was another repeated pick, appearing on 138mysx, ZephyrHK, Aiueokakikukeko, and Forblaze. Those Charizard sets shared Heat Wave, Weather Ball, and Protect, with Solar Beam or Ancient Power filling the remaining slot. Eternal Flower Floette with Floettite was prominent as well, landing on Sooner, ZephyrHK, Cansecochann1994, and Forblaze, usually alongside Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam.

Support choices were similarly concentrated. Incineroar appeared multiple times with Sitrus Berry, Intimidate, Fake Out, Flare Blitz, and Parting Shot. Sinistcha showed up on elosodevastador, ZephyrHK, and Cansecochann1994, using Hospitality with Rage Powder, Trick Room, Matcha Gotcha, and Protect. Focus Sash was common across several roles, including Aerodactyl, Excadrill, Whimsicott, Venusaur, Sneasler, and Kingambit.

Takeaway for ladder players: the top results rewarded teams that combined fast pressure, priority, and flexible support rather than relying on a single mode.
